Our Estate
We are located in Maimbray, in the commune of Sury-en-Vaux, 5 km north of Sancerre. We proudly represent the fourth generation of our family!

Our wines
Each cuvée is naturally vinified and aged without oenological additives, expressing the richness of our limestone and calcareous clay terroirs. We produce our own volcanic sulfur but use it parsimoniously, preferring nitrogen blanketing, which results in more fruit-forward, open wines. By extending the ageing process, we avoid using techniques like filtration or fining to preserve the wine’s integrity. Vessels (wooden vats, amphoras, concrete eggs, etc.) are selected for each vintage to showcase every cuvée.

Our terroirs
Our terroirs are defined by limestone and clay- limestone soils that shape the unique profile of our wines. Limestone lends finesse and vibrancy, while clay provides structure and roundness. This complementarity of soils gives rise to balanced wines that are elegant, fresh, and expressive—true reflections of their origin.
