We are located in Maimbray, in the commune of Sury-en-Vaux, 5 km north of Sancerre. We proudly represent the fourth generation of our family!<\/p>

Each cuv\u00e9e is naturally vinified and aged without oenological additives, expressing the richness of our limestone and calcareous clay terroirs. We produce our own volcanic sulfur but use it parsimoniously, preferring nitrogen blanketing, which results in more fruit-forward, open wines. By extending the ageing process, we avoid using techniques like filtration or fining to preserve the wine\u2019s integrity. Vessels (wooden vats, amphoras, concrete eggs, etc.) are selected for each vintage to showcase every cuv\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
