Tasting notes
Our «Mainbré» cuvée is the estate’s flagship blend, crafted with grapes from the surrounding plots. The idea behind this cuvée is to have a scrumptious, fruity wine boasting complex aromas. The palate features good balance that is supported by just the right amount of acidity and offers remarkable length.
Food-wine pairing
Crottin de Chavignol goat’s cheese, seafood, fish, white meat.
